		<description>Excellent post! My husband was in denial about his health for a long until until about a year or so ago when he learned that his cholesterol was frighteningly high. That kicked him in gear and he began a health crusade. Only 5 months later, he went back to the Dr and received the awesome news that he lowered his cholesterol by 68 points and he received a very high praise report for his overall health!
