My favorite treatments for a cold are using a vaporizer or just putting my head over a steaming bowl of water with eucalyptus oil and a towel covering my head to give me my own mini steam room and drinking hot water with grated ginger, honey, and lemon juice. I'm not sure they cure the cold so much as they make me feel better while I've got it. Hope you're feeling better.

Hope you feel better soon, Kellie! I loved this post. Another thing that I love to use when I'm conjested is peppermint or eucalyptus essential oils. You can put afew drops in a steaming cup of water and breathe it. It really helps.

Take care!
