One often wonders why they are experiencing unhappiness in their life.  Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness.  How do you know this is the experience that you need? Because it is the experience that you are manifesting in order to meet yourself.  The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thought – your perception of it.  We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency.  The lower the frequency, the denser your energy and the heavier your problems seem.  You may experience pain and discomfort in your physical body and experience heavy emotions and mental confusion.  Psychically, your energy is darker.  You need to exert a great deal of effort to accomplish your goals.  Overall your life takes on a negative quality.  The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional and mental bodies.  You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love and joy.

So how do we begin to raise our consciousness?  First, we start by healing our relationship with our parents.  The patterns that we have in life can be the carry overs of our unresolved issues.  Having positive “intentions” moves one to a higher conscious level.  Practicing forgiveness, speaking compassionately, facing our deepest fears, being open minded, finding and living our purpose, living a balanced life, being grateful, being aware of our emotions, letting go of fear, listening to our inner voice, being present rather than living in the past or the future, these are all ways of raising our consciousness.  Letting go of the thought that everything is happening to you and understanding that everything is happening “FOR YOU” will bring about peace and a welcomed learning experience.  Set aside the “I” or ego and resonate with the connectedness with humanity as a whole.

  2. Absolutely beautiful article! The work that you describe is like a playbook to a happy life and I love how you did it all in two paragraphs! Wow! I am “happy” to say that what you suggest really works! I also love how you described raising vibration and conciousness as making one feel lighter and more joyful, peaceful, and clear and how it affects the entire mind body spirit “body”. Thank you I really enjoyed this! 🙂
