I’d be inclined to give the go-ahead with you one this subject. Which is not something I typically do! I enjoy reading a post that will make people think. Also, thanks for allowing me to speak my mind!

Hi Jennifer,

I wanted to thank you for your comment. Too high estrogen can cause many different symptoms, including, fatigue, emotional issues, and can even elevate your cancer risk. I recommend that you email Dr. Lamse @ anca.lamse@gmail.com for more details from a medical standpoint. You could also research Bio-identical hormone replacement. Here is an article that was posted here last year to get you started. http://www.womenslifelink.com/achieving-hormone-balance/

Thanks,
Kellie

Thank you for this wonderful article. As a sufferer of allergies and asthma, I was well aware of the mold / air ducts problem that should be dealt with regularly. I have also read a lot about yeast overgrowth and the different diets that can help with that, and also how refined sugar can create a major candida overgrowth and cause many problems, like depression, anxiety, allergies, and asthma (check on all four counts for this lady!).

I'm not sure about the wrong estrogen, though. I'd never heard of that. What sort of symptoms would one get if their estrogen was too high and/or the wrong kind?
