I recommend, when you have specific challenges, to ask yourself some questions to pinpoint exactly the services you need, the reasons, and for how long. Here are some of those questions.

Suppliers are one of the most important business partnerships you can have. They have the power to create the harmonious, quality business you want, or they can contribute to sluggish sales and profits.

If the suppliers you’re currently working with have not met your quality and delivery standards, try to find out why. If issues are due to a temporary problem, a solution might just need some time. Ask these questions of all of the service providers you use periodically. This helps you to keep these aspects of your business tight and running the way you expect them to.
