Completing Purpose

It is November now, the year nearly gone – I am looking at all those pieces that LIE INCOMPLETE – there are a few.  I set  a new goal this month, as I do when guilt sets in and I say no more procrastination, stay on track, etc.. Six A.M. arrives and I cannot sleep, so I actually get up and move onto one of those events and complete it – feeling very good about myself and wondering how long I can keep it up.  As I seek to complete another task (this article) my newest baby kitten, who is still nameless, is also desperately seeking my attention by helping type and pushing things off my desk.

It is interesting that while he is pushing items off my desk, I look about and see things I have pushed out of my life, realizing how I have a tendency to let Life interfere with my life.  Do you ever do that?  You have a great plan for just how it is all to go and then, somehow, it all goes to hell with you watching on the sidelines?

Time is speeding up both literally and figuratively, we even change the times back in this season– what a wonderful opportunity to examine where we, too, can change time back.   Are there opportunities we’ve missed out on, people and situations just hanging on waiting for us to get to them?  Are there any beloved pets missing out on our best because our focus has been out of sync?

Let me invite you, in the remaining 2 months of 2013, to take time to reflect, review and renew aspects, associations and allocations of your life and time to what really matters – in your heart and your spirit.  Let consciousness become your byline and take the remaining time of this year to create what is in your heart, what matters and what will endure.

Let’s not waste time on conditions, situations and even people who do not enhance and enrich our lives.  Let us leave 2013 with a knowledge and certainty of where we have been and a completeness and move into 2014 with inner awareness and readiness to meet its challenges and opportunities with open arms.  Let Today and Now become our bywords and reflect our actions.

Our spirits are so much stronger than those things which intrude upon us, so let us have our daily lives blend into a life we choose, not one thrust upon us.  If anyone would like support in this, I have an easy little process that will help you see where you are and what you wish to hold onto or release.  I wish  you a wonderful year ending and the days in between – productive and passionate and full of purpose.
