Start small if you have to, but try to talk to someone.

Pets can also help your mental health by offering another way to connect and feel love and purpose. Animals are often intuitive and empathetic to our emotions and well-being. This is another reason to interact with them when you are emotionally compromised. Remember, they want the best for you as you do them.
