Look And Feel Your Best: 4 Ways To Make It Happen

Women want to wake up feeling refreshed and loving what they see in the mirror. This requires practicing self-care and focusing on meeting their needs. I know that taking good care of yourself helps you feel more self-confident and have more natural energy. I’m living proof of that. It entails effort and hard work, but your effort will surely pay off in the long run. The following are four ways to look and feel your best daily.

Daily Movement/Exercise

Movement/exercise is beneficial for your mental and physical health. Now is your chance to set some goals to look and feel your best. You’ll notice a boost in your mood from moving more. Mix up your movement/exwecise routine to avoid boredom and stagnation. Work different muscle groups to include ones that could have been avoided for years. If you’re short on time, do something. Go for a walk, briskly clean, garden, or dance to your favorite music. Keep yourself motivated to move by creating a playlist of your favorite songs and investing in stylish, comfortable activewear.

Choose the Right Clothing & Accessories

Another way to look and feel your best daily is to choose the right clothing and accessories. Go through your closet and try on the items in question. Let go of or donate clothing that is out of style or is doesn’t fit. Invest in new staples, so you can layer and mix and match items. It’s also important to embellish your outfits with accessories, especially jewelry. Consider shopping for items that make you smile. Jewelry like lab diamond earrings are affordable but also elegant and sophisticated. You may want to get a few pairs and have some hoops for going out and studs for the workplace. Add a pop of color to your outfit with the right handbag or shoes.

Establish a Skincare Routine

look and feel your bestOthers see your face first when interacting with you. You’ll feel more confident and look your best daily when you establish a quality skincare routine. Commit to attending to your face morning and night with the best products you can afford. This alone helps you achieve youthful and blemish-free skin you can be proud to show off. It’s also important to wear sunscreen each day to protect your skin from harsh UV rays. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, which allows your skin to glow and shine.

Consistent Bedtime Routine

You can look and feel your best by having a consistent bedtine routine. Additionally, going to bed at a decent hour makes a routine even more effective. Get on a regular sleep schedule where you’re going to bed and waking up around the same time each day. Ideally, have the same schedule on the weekends and avoid staying up late just because you can. Instead of using electronics before bedtime, engage in a relaxing bedtime task, such as taking a warm bath or reading a book. It’s important to get enough and high-quality sleep to wake up ready for the day and to remain happy and healthy.

About Kellie R. Stone

"I make no excuses for my diverse roles as a Rock Your Feminine Type Coach™ and Branding Expert, best-selling author, and crime thriller novelist. Yes, I do still chuckle a bit at the irony. I kick ass as a women’s biz coach by day and kill off vulnerable fiction characters at night. What the hell, it makes for some interesting dreams. I believe that everyone should pursue their passions no matter how out there they seem to be. One of those pure heart-fluttering passions for me has always been writing. Since I did, indeed, chase my dream of being a writer, I've published two non-fiction books in the self-development genre, co-authored an international best seller, and now I'm finally pushing my much-too-old-to-be-in-the-nest novel out the door and into the world. My whole world is empowering and I adore showing others how to live life unfiltered, whether I do that through the written word or my coaching work. I love my job!" ~Kellie R. Stone
