WLL – Who is Priyanka Chakraborty?

Priya– A simple, small town girl who wants to achieve something in life so when she looks back at sixty years of age, she is a satisfied person.

WLL – What is your life focus at this time?

Priya – To take my ambitions to the next level. I have started with a small dream and am now working toward fulfilling it. While doing so, I also want to hold the hands of the people around me and help them in every way I can.

WLL – What teachings from your family and culture have influenced you the most?

Priya – I have learned one thing from my mother; I priya.jpgstrongly believe in it.  Do your best, and God will do the rest. We should always keep doing our duty toward ourselves, our family, and society – selflessly and without worrying about the outcome. If your intentions are correct and you are working hard to achieve something, you just need to have faith. God is watching every one of us, and He will surely do your efforts justice .

WLL – If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Priya – If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go on a Sea Voyage around the world with my husband. We both love to travel and would like to do this one day. The world is not just places like NY and LA; there are so many untouched and unexplored beautiful lands to take your breath away. I would like to visit such places someday.

WLL – What is your best beauty advice?

Priya – In our day to day busy schedules, we women hardly have time for ourselves. All of our time is spent either running after our kids, attending to the needs of our families or working.  At the end of the day, we are a tired lot and have no energy left for ourselves. My best beauty advice is to keep at least 2 hours for yourself every week (not every day, since I know that is not practical for many) and take care of your body. This is not to attract compliments from your friends and family but to make yourself feel good when you look in the mirror. 🙂

WLL – What is your best health advice?

Priya – My best health advice is to drink at least 2 liters of water every day and exercise regularly. Exercising not only keeps your body fit but your mind also . Exercising in a social group is even better since you get to meet and interact with many different people and build your own small social circle. If you don’t have such a group in your locality, try engaging a friend or your partner.

WLL – How do you deal with stress?

Priya – I take a hot shower; go out for a nice dinner complete with a movie; and I get some good sleep. If possible, a massage also does wonders for me.

WLL – Describe a perfect day.

Priya – A perfect day is spending some quality time with my husband, having fun together cooking in the kitchen, and then have a nice evening out.

WLL – What or who inspires you?

Priya – My husband is my biggest support and inspiration at the home front. Outside, every women who does or has achieved something for herself is my inspiration.

WLL – Do you have any regrets?

Priya – I don’t think so. I am happy for whatever God has given me to date and am very thankful to Him for that.

About Kellie R. Stone

"I make no excuses for my diverse roles as a Rock Your Feminine Type Coach™ and Branding Expert, best-selling author, and crime thriller novelist. Yes, I do still chuckle a bit at the irony. I kick ass as a women’s biz coach by day and kill off vulnerable fiction characters at night. What the hell, it makes for some interesting dreams. I believe that everyone should pursue their passions no matter how out there they seem to be. One of those pure heart-fluttering passions for me has always been writing. Since I did, indeed, chase my dream of being a writer, I've published two non-fiction books in the self-development genre, co-authored an international best seller, and now I'm finally pushing my much-too-old-to-be-in-the-nest novel out the door and into the world. My whole world is empowering and I adore showing others how to live life unfiltered, whether I do that through the written word or my coaching work. I love my job!" ~Kellie R. Stone

It gives me very great pleasure, to say nothing of pride, to introduce a woman who is all the above and more and also my friend of some years’ standing. Please meet aged care worker, Monica Perrett, mum to six and grandmum to one. A real battler. Monica says, she has always supported the underdog and fights for what she believes is right. And, believe me, I have watched her, albeit from afar, and she is all that she says she is.
