For example, eating fruit such as cranberries and blueberries, which are full of antioxidants, help to neutralize cell-damaging molecules known as free radicals which can cause disease.

One of the best things you can do for your health is to know your body well. Pay attention to any changes in how you feel, look, and react to stress.
