November proved to be a big month for me, and with New Year’s around the corner, this year is going out with my own personal fireworks! Do you believe in the Law of Attraction?

If the worst thing that you waste on a daily basis is the last 3 oz of Coke in the bottom of the can, you can rest with no guilt. On the other hand, wasteful thinking is, well, a waste of time and a serious matter.

There is a secret I want to share with you. I learned this exercise about 2 years ago when I was working on healing from terrible chronic headaches.

In case you didn't know, we are electrical beings. Yes, we have enough power running through our bodies to put the electric companies out of business, if that was our purpose. But, thankfully, its not.

How many times a day do you label yourself or others around you? Face it ladies, we live in a world of titles, status, and stereotypes. Of course, it's okay to give yourself or someone else a label of love like, good person, incredible listener, compassionate; it's when we throw the negative out there that we hurt ourselves and our fellow humans.

Visualization is such a simple, yet often overlooked technique. I have studied and believed in it for quite some time now. What I am referring to is the ability to visualize something (see it with the eye of the mind and spirit) and have it change the way things are to the way they should be.
