Your Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Waste

Power300

Waste not-want not; isn’t that what THEY say?  If the worst thing that you waste on a daily basis is the last 3 oz of Coke in the bottom of the can, you can rest with no guilt.  On the other hand, wasteful thinking is, well, a waste of time and a serious matter.  By that I mean: Stop thinking about all the stuff you do wrong!  Here it is, Ladies; these short (300 words or less) journey tidbits are not for the faint of heart or the lazy!  I mean it…get busy!

We are blessed with so much power, and what do we do, we waste it.  Why?

Hell if I know.

What are we going to do about it?

Work smarter.

Mind Over Matter…Literally

I believe in this concept with all of my heart.  It rings true with just about every religious belief out there and can bring results that will blow your mind!  Here it is…pay attention….you’re gonna love this…

SEE IT, BELIEVE IT, REALIZE IT, HAVE IT (and I’m only on 173 words)

If you can, work with a coach on some visualization techniques.  I have done this myself and have had phenomenal results.  My marriage has gone from extremely troubled to peaceful and happy; my mind is filled daily with creative ideas for the blog and future endeavors; my children are acting better; financial favor is pouring in; I’m overwhelmed with joy that I have discovered this practice and it’s working!

I am currently accepting five special women to work with as I begin my Journey Coaching business.  I’m offering one month of free coaching that includes one consultation call and four additional weekly phone sessions.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me at womenslifelink@gmail.com.  Be well-be beautiful.

About Kellie R. Stone

"I make no excuses for my diverse roles as a Rock Your Feminine Type Coach™ and Branding Expert, best-selling author, and crime thriller novelist. Yes, I do still chuckle a bit at the irony. I kick ass as a women’s biz coach by day and kill off vulnerable fiction characters at night. What the hell, it makes for some interesting dreams. I believe that everyone should pursue their passions no matter how out there they seem to be. One of those pure heart-fluttering passions for me has always been writing. Since I did, indeed, chase my dream of being a writer, I've published two non-fiction books in the self-development genre, co-authored an international best seller, and now I'm finally pushing my much-too-old-to-be-in-the-nest novel out the door and into the world. My whole world is empowering and I adore showing others how to live life unfiltered, whether I do that through the written word or my coaching work. I love my job!" ~Kellie R. Stone

Under The Leaves

A few days ago, while raking leaves, my cat loved attacking the rake. I laughed at the amount of joy that Mageara gained from this menial task I needed to finish. I enjoyed the task more because she did. Just as I began to pull in another pile of leaves and the cat jumped at the rake, I took delight in something else! I uncovered little white daisies. They were in full bloom, smiling up at me as if they had the secret to life. I laughed out loud at such a weird find in late fall. And then, of course, I took a picture! Several thoughts came to mind, which I want to share with you.
