You Can Eat Healthy On A Budget!

As a women's personal and business development coach, I have heard lots and lots of reasons (aka, excuses) why some things can't be done, why they are, somehow, restricted from the same opportunities to be healthy, wealthy, and wise as the rest of the well-to-doers out there. Well, I'm sort of done with listening to all of that bullshit. I will no longer enable anyone in my life to complain about how terrible their lives are and thrust precarious excuses as to why they can't change things. The fact is, you can eat healthy on a budget!

You Are A Creator!

Many people choose a word to meditate on instead of a new year's resolution. Yes, I got on the band wagon, except I could not choose just one! I am all over the place! I thought I needed one word and then a different one came to mind. I kept thinking of really positive words! So here I am owning three words for the year 2015. Do you have a word to use in your life? Here are mine: Balance - Awareness - Transformation

Human Rights Activist, Monica Perrett, Simply Keeps Fighting

It gives me very great pleasure, to say nothing of pride, to introduce a woman who is all the above and more and also my friend of some years’ standing. Please meet aged care worker, Monica Perrett, mum to six and grandmum to one. A real battler. Monica says, she has always supported the underdog and fights for what she believes is right. And, believe me, I have watched her, albeit from afar, and she is all that she says she is.

Your Weekly Dose of Diva: The First Step After Everything Falls Apart…

Here on the wet coast, it's, well, it is very wet. As I look out my window I see a whole lot of mud and three rather soggy horses. The west coast is not particularly perfect country for horses, whose roots are in high, arid, dry places. For many, these last few weeks have been a roller coaster...and I started to get really curious about what the first powerful step is when it comes to things falling apart.

Well, actually, these and other words and thoughts can become infused into our minds as the normal way of walking through life. I'm not just talking about money and financial things either. There is a price for everything we do or experience in life. But there is also a potential or a payoff. Which one are you focused on?

Your Weekly Dose of Diva! Plus a Little Holiday Giggle…

I'm writing to you from beside a fire in the coziest chair imaginable...and yes, I definitely am feeling a nap coming on in a little bit.
