3 Secrets For Living A Quality Stable Life

If you want to feel more stable and happy in your life, there are some things to focus on. As it happens for many women, life seems to suck away your energy, time, and joy. It’s important to pay attention to our deepest needs and prioritize tasks and events so we don’t get overwhelmed. Another key is to pay attention to how you feel as you go about your day. Are you happy? Do you feel safe and stable? If the answer is “no”, it may be time to make some changes. Here are a few of my secrets for living a quality stable life.

Living A Quality Stable Life #1: Take Care of Your Money

If you are someone who routinely has trouble with money – earning it, keeping it or saving it – you are not alone. Unfortunately, it’s hard to accomplish much of what we dream about without solid finances. For this reason, it’s important to always be aware of your financial state. Understand what you need as far as income, as well as what you have going out.  Setting a simple budget will do wonders for your financial outlook.

If and when you’re ready, consider putting your money to work for you. For instance, you might choose to invest in a business, do algorithmic trading, or use a simple savings plan. Regardless of what you choose, be wise and get quality information before you move your money.

Living A Quality Stable Life #2: Invest Time and Energy into Relationships

Relationships are really what life is all about. And, yet, so much of our attention gets placed in other areas. Why do you suppose this is? Of course, there are many reasons, however, one common one is that our society has become so complicated. Social media, technology, longer work hours, continuing education, and kids’ activities are spinning out of control for many families. Who has time to keep up with it all, let alone develop the interpersonal skills necessary to keep relationships healthful?

Allowing relationships to fall apart or even fail can damage your self-esteem and even your mental health. It’s wise to do what you must to keep family and friends close. I have to keep a “friends and family” schedule sometimes to remind me to stay in touch. Yeah, I know it sounds silly, but it helps. Remember, it does take two to have a relationship, so don’t put all the pressure on yourself to perform. Contact needs to be balanced and doable for both parties.

Living A Quality Stable Life #3: Take Some Time Off

Rest and relaxation are necessary for our sanity and health. Constantly working can devastate many areas of your life. Even if it’s just a quick break from working to rest your eyes and brain, it will help. Though you may be a woman who can’t take off work or being with the kids whenever you please, you can plan your breaks ahead of time. Remember, stress and fatigue can do more harm than you think. Do what you can to take some time off, even if you don’t go anywhere.
