Hi, Ladies!  Today I’d like to share a video that a new friend sent to me concerning our nutritional foundation and a powerful key to our longevity.  There is nothing more important than what you will see and hear on this clip.  Pay attention to the part where she talks about exercise without the proper nutrition can actually be damaging to your system.  And here we thought all we had to do was jump on the treadmill three times a week!
