Do you recall the worst outfit you ever wore? Hopefully, it was many moons ago and not yesterday. I would have to say that my worst was while I was in my "pioneer woman" days. Yes, believe it or not, I had a bad era of fashion.

1. Don't ever, ever wear a flannel, granny nightgown to bed. Don't do it even if you are a granny. 2. Do let your significan't other see you in lingerie that flatters your body.

Whether you work, stay at home, work at home, or none of the above, you need to take care of yourself. There are certain simple things you can do that will make a HUGE difference in your daily appearance. We will focus on those first.

1. Do be sexy without being too revealing. 2. Hey, there's nothing wrong with rockin' to your favorite oldie tune from a bygone era, but let me give you nostalgic gals some advice, keep your music, but bring your hair and makeup into the new millennium.

A Pleasant Experience While on vacation in Virginia Beach, my oldest daughter treated me to a spa day. After filling up on our favorite sushi, we ventured to the Ambiance Salon &Day Spa for some girlie pampering. I started imagining the wonderful relaxation while still in the parking lot.

The key to youthful, glowing skin is proper skin care and a killer foundation or base product. Skin care is a whole topic of its own; for now, we will just focus on the makeup part.
