Considering all that you can learn about yourself, the act of “looking within” should become second nature. I find it exciting, difficult, and even scary (sounds like a good thriller) to approach the part of your mind and emotions that often get the brunt of your choices.
In the overall picture of my health challenge, this week wasn’t so bad; in terms of the short seven day period, it sucked. It was one laced with a horrible head cold and that same old PMS thing that kept me bloated and grumpy last month. The cold at least kept me popping my extra vitamin C, D, B, and drinking a deluge of liquids. I was reminded of how dry my throat was about every 15 minutes during the night from the inability to breathe through my nose.
A part of coaching a woman to achieve true life fulfillment and happiness is to help her see where she is and where she wants to go. I’ve had to do a lot of self-coaching over the years just to stay sane and moving forward. And, to tell you the truth, I still have many areas in my life that need work. We all do.
Women’s Life Link would like to introduce, Dr. Heidi Kline, D.C.. Our impromptu meeting happened when she spoke at a seminar about the Livestrong.com website. I was unable to attend the event in person, so I listened in on the web. I found Dr. Kline inspiring and thorough in her delivery of the wellness/fitness information.
