4 Ways Your Company Can Inspire Others

This post was a collaboration and may contain affiliate links. While there are some legal business frameworks to operate within, your company has much flexibility. You don’t have to do certain things just because other companies do them. Instead, you can create a company that operates with your unique passions and purpose. Look for ways to fulfill your financial dreams that help others. Here are 4 ways your company can inspire others.

Ways Your Company Can Inspire Others #1: Forward-Thinking

Every now and then, there is a company that comes along that blows everyone else out of the water with a fresh outlook and innovation. There’s no reason why your company can’t have that kind of impact. Start with small projects that take your business to a new level of service.  It takes a positive attitude, a few well thought out ideas, and confidence to actually make it a reality. Think about what bothers you about the world and set out to change it. You might be surprised just how much you can inspire others.

Ways Your Company Can Inspire Others #2: Change the Environment

Have you ever walked into a company’s office and been thoroughly uninspired? Despite Silicon Valley showing us just how innovative offices can be, many are stuck in the past. They use outdated machines, slow and ineffective infrastructure, and drab decor. Freshen things up and watch how much your staff responds to the new look. I’m betting they will have more enthusiasm and drive to get things done.

On the technical side of things, if you still use traditional landlines, switch it out for VoIP Solutions from Spectrumwise. Instead of regular hard drives, opt for cloud storage. Use laptops that can be used all over the workplace instead of static computers. The way your office operates says a lot about your company. Keeping up-to-date with your image and equipment can bring new life to your business and the people you work with.

Ways Your Company Can Inspire Others #3: Be Open and Adaptable

If you want to change the way others see your business, be open to new ideas and change. This is how dreams come true and lives are changed. You do want to inspire others, right?  With an open mind and a willingness to take risks, you show a desire to see progress. Remember, you don’t have to do something just because others do it. Be innovative and bring something new to the table.

Ways Your Company Can Inspire Others #4: Respect and Serve Your Staff

Everyone wants to work at a company that has a culture of respect and positive energy. Research shows that happy workers are the most productive. I have seen what the opposite miserable staff can do when things aren’t going well. You don’t want to be that company. Don’t just tell them you care and respect what they do for you, show them. Bonuses, company gatherings, awards, raises, and even VIP days can have a huge impact on your workers. Be creative with this. They will return the respect with greater loyalty and efficiency.

About Kellie R. Stone

"I make no excuses for my diverse roles as a Rock Your Feminine Type Coach™ and Branding Expert, best-selling author, and crime thriller novelist. Yes, I do still chuckle a bit at the irony. I kick ass as a women’s biz coach by day and kill off vulnerable fiction characters at night. What the hell, it makes for some interesting dreams. I believe that everyone should pursue their passions no matter how out there they seem to be. One of those pure heart-fluttering passions for me has always been writing. Since I did, indeed, chase my dream of being a writer, I've published two non-fiction books in the self-development genre, co-authored an international best seller, and now I'm finally pushing my much-too-old-to-be-in-the-nest novel out the door and into the world. My whole world is empowering and I adore showing others how to live life unfiltered, whether I do that through the written word or my coaching work. I love my job!" ~Kellie R. Stone
