As we approach the end of the New You in 31 Days challenge and the 31 Day Blogging Challenge for me, I am overjoyed with my own personal results and sincerely hope you have enjoyed the content shared here this month. Today, is the perfect day to talk about some specific things to focus on while in the midst of a challenge or challenging situation: Focus for Success!

I just got a new dining table and chairs delivered this morning and, boy, I am relieved! Even though I knew the space that we have in our eat-in kitchen, I still had a concern that somehow it wouldn't fit or it would look too big. But it looks beautiful and fits perfectly! However, I remember several occasions when I purchased pieces of furniture on a whim because of a sale or chance meeting at a local yard sale and totally regretted it. They were either too big, too small, too dark, or just plain didn't work where I thought they would. So, you can understand when I say I was "relieved" this morning. This event really reminds me of how you feel when trying something new or meeting new people...a little nervous, a little scared and happy-excited all at the same time. These emotions are SO normal and even built in to help us make safe and clear decisions. So, feelings are meant to create a thought process that leads to a decision...

Intuition is really one of those concept words that could, depending on who you are, have multiple and various meanings. To me it is a compilation of signals from body, mind, and spirit that help direct my choices and actions. I consider myself intuitive and usually able to recognize my inner promptings. However, it takes practice and dedication to understanding yourself and your sensitivities. Allow me to define Intuition at its most basic meaning:

You're probably wondering what the heck Notification has to do with anything. Well, it has everything to do with success and getting to the fulfillment of your dreams. Let's start with the basic definition of the word. Notification: to notify; tell; inform; to make known Nothing complicated there, right? I beg to differ with you on that. The act of notifying yourself about something you are doing or intend to do may not be as easy as you think.

[dropcap]F[/dropcap]or the second component of the I.G.N.I.T.E. series, we will discuss gratification and how to finally have it. the problem I see concerning getting to that fantastic place (we'll call it the "G" spot just for fun!) is that most women fail at building up to it by connecting to the emotions that would be present when they reach their goal. In other words, we need to feel, taste, smell, touch, and see all that surrounds success before we actually get there. Too many women get all excited (see I Is For Inspiration) about an idea or dream only to get lost in the shuffle of life and responsibilities, never making it to the "G" Spot.

I can hear strong debate with this loaded question. While some might say that "love" is the most important thing on the planet, I believe there is one thing even more important...

Hi everyone. I wanted to dig into the archives today and give you some of the best of Fortunate Friday. Read one or all of them. I find it helpful to go back and read things a second or third time, as our first exposure to info or inspiration might not be timely or in the perfect season.
