It’s in every industry, every walk of life – everywhere. And I’ve always held such inspirational people with huge respect and admiration. Those ladies who have already been featured on Women’s Lifelink’– most of whom are reaching for the stardom of entertainment and some already there. Such inspiration! And now, here is another group of amazing people – another group of people about whom I have always been fascinated and held equal respect and admiration – business women. Yes – business women. Many of whom are combining marriage, motherhood and many other aspects of life with business. And talk about inspiration personified!

And who is she? Enter KATJA GLIESON, a survivor of bullying and now proving to the world that such adversities just cannot win – not if you are determined rise above them. Katja is a growing international woman who is rapidly gaining attention for her original music and videos and superb talent – and she’s gorgeous to boot and a thoroughly nice person.

World, please meet Californian actor and musician, MANDI SILER. Another young lady who has suffered through the nightmare of bullying and has some good advice to share with other victims. And Mandi is now rising above her nightmare to become an actor and a musician. This thirty-six-year-old is an only child, having also suffered through the tragedy of losing her older brother when he was hit by a drunk driver at age sixteen.

While I have written about a lot of amazing women, most of whom have fought and won against some form of adversity or another in their lives and are now reaching for the stars, I have also found that people are asking how I find these people – and if I am practicing what I preach. In other words, am I a victim of bullying and how did I cope? So I thought that I’d make a slight detour here and tell you all about me!

Meet Irish actor and model, SHARON BRIDGEMAN. Here is another prime example of a young victim of bullying who is proving that her nightmare cannot stop her from reaching for her dream. The nineteen-year-old has always wanted to be an entertainer – both on stage and in front of a camera. Sharon says acting has made her a lot more confident, which is understandable given she has performed in numerous plays in The Gaiety and in many other productions as well as on camera and as a voice-over.

Another name to remember – LORE BURNS – another singer who is going places! Born in the UK but raised in Australia, Lore has played music and studied theatre her whole life and has recently worked on her first commercial show: "King Kong." She is passionate about music, drama and social justice. Also a part time music teacher, she shares her gifts as well as dream about her future.

TRACEY CHANTEL MARSHALL is another super duper inspirational lady. Originating from a more humble background, this amazing lady was born in Harlem and raised in the infamous Queens bridge Housing Projects single-handedly by her mother. Her father passed away when she was two. She has two sisters and a daughter of her own to say nothing of four bright and talented grandchildren.

Please welcome the indomitable, Gabrielle Maston. She is a TV presenter, a columnist for Channel 7’s That’s Life Magazine, a dietitian, an exercise physiologist, health coach, mentor dietitian, personal trainer, club manager and more. And, she looks great and is a lovely person to top it all off!

Madeline McQueen, UK actor, model, dancer, film & stage crew and photographer, is another picture of true inspiration in that she has overcome adversity (bullying) to reach the lofty heights for which she, too, seems destined. Madeline felt she had a normal, happy childhood, friends with everyone in school along with other children, until the day she changed her mind about something.
